  I am a passionate learner and practitioner of different modalities that help the human body release stress and heal itself.

I'm constantly looking for new ways to discover myself and learn through my own journey. 

Every modality I use or teach resonates with me on a deep level and becomes a part of my life. 

I truly believe in the magnificence of humans and our self-healing potential.

To activate this potential once again, we need to recall how to be our authentic selves, and how to truly believe in our potential and connect to our inner voice that will lead us to ultimate health and abundance. In order to "hear" this voice we need to calm down our minds and listen, we need to release tension and the negative beliefs that rule our lives. 

  My goal is to teach people how to stay connected. How to trust our intuition and follow our heart. I found those answers through a deep connection with my body. 

I see humans as a combination of soul, mind, and body. Where the body is a physical container of information, our DNA stores all the "programs" and beliefs of our life experiences, our childhood traumas, and past generation curses. 

By working with our body we go directly to the source. We can actually learn to feel where blockages are stored in our body and release them with our intention and love. 

During my reflexology sessions we learn to listen to our bodies, to see and hear each organ with our inner senses. 

Essential oils, tuning forks, reiki and sound healing: all these modalities work on deep levels and rejuvenate our bodies on a cellular level.

  My dream is to share my passion for self healing. 

To see more people on our planet being able to heal without drugs and antibiotics. I want to see more people living chemical free, using herbs, essential oils, and homeopathy for achieving ultimate health. 

I want to see people finding the root cause of their illness or disbalance by looking INSIDE, not masking symptoms by taking drugs or blaming someone for their unhappiness. 

I know my physical reality, including my health, is just a reflection of my inner world and my beliefs. 

I am the only person who is responsible for my life and I honor it.
